While good eating habits are important, the real problem is our food supply. What we should be eating is Natural Organic Foods 

The fast food and the processed food industries are serving it up, and Americans are eating it, and wide spread obesity along with the complications of chronic disease is the result of this dynamic. From there, the masses are pushed to the highly profitable pharmaceutical industry. We are perscribed fix it pills that will often mask the symptoms while the underlying cause is never explored.There is no incentive for the pharmaceutical industry have to focus on prevention?  If disease rates decreased, so would their profits. 

Most of the time we do need to use willpower. The American food supply is largely to blame. The grocery stores are overflowing with processed foods and sugar laden drinks.The Restaurant industry offers you little more than high fat, super sized meals and high calorie all-you-can-eat buffets containing more calories than bodies could possibly can handle.  The average American has stretched their stomach to 2 or 3 times its normal size and now has to eat more to feel full. 

The processed foods causes your body’s nutritional system to become clogged and locked into fat-storing mode.If you’re like most people it seems like you have tried just about everything and nothing seems to work long term.

Exercise itself seems to help pump up your body’s utilization of leptin, a naturally-occurring hormone that affects appetite and metabolism. Researchers attribute it to activity making tissues more receptive to the hormone. The two results are that you will eat less and burn more calories.

This is the secret to health, happiness, vitality, and longevity.  Every major non-profit health organization in the world has been offering the same advice for many years.  Eat more fruits and veggies, drink more water, exercise on a daily basis, exercise may help pump up your body’s utilization of leptin, a naturally-occurring hormone that affects appetite and metabolism.
