To prepare you just chop all the vegetables into very fine pieces, and then place in water and bring to a boil. You want to cook the veggies until they are soft, and then strain and serve immediately, and refrigerate the rest for future use.

Another great recipe idea for acid reflux sufferers is for lemon chive salad dressing. For it you just need 1 lemon juiced, sea salt, 3 teaspoon extra fine sugar, 6 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, 6 tablespoon minced chives, and freshly ground black pepper.

This recipe is incredibly simple to prepare, and all you do is combine the lemon juice, salt, and sugar in a mixing bowl, and then you whisk together until the sugar and salt are dissolved. Continue whisking in the olive oil, chives and several grinds of pepper and continue to whisk until the dressing is emulsified.
